The Weisser Riesling was harvested from 26 year old (Geisenheim clone 239) unirrigated vineyards, situated on decomposed granite soils, 300m above sea level.

about the harvest: The grapes were hand-harvested on 21 February 2013.

in the cellar : The Riesling was and tank fermented at 15°C. Once the perfect balance between fruit and acidity was reached, the fermentation was stopped to retain a hint of natural residual sugar.
