in the cellar : The grapes are then gently crushed, destalked and pressed straight away. There are 6 hours of contact with the skins, hence the wine obtains an elegant, pomegranate colour. Cold fermentation allows us to produce a fruity, yet dry Rosé with an alcohol of 12.5%.
