The wine flavour covers a wide spectrum of flavour tones, from lemony to peach, terpene to luscious rose petals. Made in a reductive way and unwooded, the 2001 Nederburg Special Late Harvest has a crisp, fresh finish, which makes for a pleasant and versatile wine experience.
