A luscious blend of fully-ripened Chenin Blanc, GewÃ¼rztraminer and Weisser Riesling, it is a finessed balance between mouth-filling sweetness, tempered by lively acidity and offers an array of lingering flavours from rose petals to lemon and peach. It is made reductively to ensure a freshness and immediacy of flavour and ends in a crisp finish. Savour its honeyed late summer flavours as an aperitif or with mild spicy dishes, dried fruit and baked puddings.
