Dombeya Merlot 2014

On the palate and nose it shows layered flavours of black cherries, plums, Christmas pudding and a savoury element, ending with a glazed red cherry sweetness and a touch of dark chocolate. It has fine fruity tannins, well integrated with the wood tannins. This wine has a minimum aging potential of 15 years, but potentially many more in a good cellar. Decanting is advised.
