Red berry aromas are interlaced with subtle notes of tobacco and vanilla,derived from maturation in French oak barrels. The palate is rich, spicy and complex, displaying layers of fruit and oak tannins with a soft velvet finish.

in the cellar : Picked at optimum ripeness to retain freshness, the bright red, soft fruit ferments on its skins for up to 10 days. Gentle aerations enhance the deep red colour and velvet soft tannins of this Shiraz. The wine is fermented and matured with French oak contact for up to 12 months.
