Viticulture - The vineyards are meticulously cared for by hand. The crop is reduced to ensure maximum quality. Organic and biodynamic practises are employed by not using any pesticides, herbicides or chemical spay.

about the harvest: Grapes were handpicked in the early morning.

in the cellar : Once pressed the juice was left to naturally ferment for 10 days. This wine was matured in French oak barrels for 19 months.
