An opulent wine with notes of mulled spices and ripe strawberries.The palate is fresh with great acidity supported by deliciously supple tannins.
The grapes were hand harvested from north western slopes on the Groenberg, destemmed and gently crushed. A warm ferment ensured optimal colour extraction and the expression of typical black fruit notes. The wine was aged in French and American oak for a year.
