This wine is crafted to express delicate red fruit flavours such as raspberry and boysenberry, whilst the whole-bunch fermentation lends additional freshness, structure and persistence to the palate. Once the wine opens up, the bouquet develops encouraging floral notes of pressed violets and the mouth-filling texture of the medium-bodied palate provides good balance and drinkability. Production only 2944 bottles.
