The Under Oaks Shiraz Reserve 2015 was matured in French oak for 18 months and boasts an attractive ruby red colour. Aromas of spice, toast and white pepper are followed by smooth tannins and rich berry flavours with a long, smooth finish.
The Under Oaks Shiraz is the perfect partner to bold and savoury meat dishes. If oxtail stew were a tuxedo, then our Shiraz would be the bow tie.

All the vines are trellised. Grapes are hand-picked and taken to the cellar in lug boxes. Meticulous vineyard management ensures that only the best grapes reach the cellar.
