in the vineyard : The Shiraz grapes came form vineyards planted in 1978. The vineyards are trellised and face northwest.
about the harvest: The grapes were hand picked on 24 February 2000 at 25.6º Balling.
in the cellar : The wine was wood matured for 12 months in 70% French Oak barrels and 30% American Oak.
