in the vineyard : The grapes came from Shiraz vineyards planted in 1978. The vineyards are trellised and face northwest.

about the harvest: The grapes were hand picked at between 23,5 and 25,5Â° Balling, during the cool, early mornings in late February and hand-selected before being delivered to the cellar.
