Ivory Creek Shiraz

Swiss International Air Lines Wine Award 2004 - Seal of Approval
3 Stars by John Platter

The Shiraz grape is ideally suited for this region. It has a dark purple color with peppery flavours and undertones of violets. The balance between the oak wood of the maturing process and the other flavours make this wine ideal to enjoy with steak or game.
