The grapes for this wine - 100% Chardonnay - selected and picked at peak fruit penetration and quality. Sound vineyard practices and low yields per hectare, contributed to this excellent quality wine. It displays delicious hints of toast and opulent creaminess with a nutty texture that is highlighted by refreshing acidity and mineral flavours that remain lively throughout the long finish.
