The Natural Sweet range is made in its own unique way by blending varietals to showcase fruity and fresh floral flavours. This process leads to wine packed with natural sweet flavours that are low in alcohol and very quaffable. Fruity and soft with smooth sweet cherry and ripe berry flavours. Serve well chilled at 8 - 10°C.

about the harvest: Grapes were harvested at an early stage to ensure low alcohol.

in the cellar : The wine is made from the Ruby Cabernet varietal. Juice was left on the skins for a short while to extract colour. Fermentation was stopped before the wine fermented dry and centrifuged to remove all active yeast cells. The wine was then filtered and chilled to stabilize it.
