A mineral-intense Riesling. Initially characterised by lemon-thyme and flint on the nose transitioning to vineyard peach and ripe citrus fruit. Red currant on the palate. Powerful yet elegant with a fine tannin structure and a salty finish.
An excellent pairing for fresh seafood and light veal dishes or, when aged in the bottle, with beef carpaccio and venison; also ideal with vegetarian dishes.
