Citrus hints on the nose open up to ripe gooseberry and greengage on the palate. An elegant and restrained wine with a lovely texture, refreshing acidity, and a distinct salinity on the finish.

Enjoyable by itself but can also be easily partnered with a summery salad topped with pan-fried calamari or prawns. Or pair it with grilled line fsh or free-range chicken breasts served with potato wedges and a green side salad.
