Hartenberg The Mackenzie 2019

The bouquet exudes opulent notes of cassis, cigar box, black fruits, cloves, and hints of rosemary. On the palate, it unveils a medley of juicy, plush black fruits, accompanied by a rich meaty edge that adds depth and complexity. The fine, linear tannins provide structure, leading to a long and satisfying finish.

Rich meat dishes with savoury jus, leg of lamb, sirloin on the bone with red wine jus.
