in the vineyard : Chenin Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc grapes were selected from 15-20 year old East-and South-facing vineyards, situated on red clay-loam granite soils.

about the harvest: Harvested between 8th and 27th February 2002.

in the cellar : The wine was tank-fermented to accentuate the fruit and flavours typical of these varieties. Bottled in June 2002 to capture the youthful character of the blend.
