in the vineyard : Chenin Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc grapes were selected from 16-21 year old East-and South-facing vineyards, situated on red clay-loam granite soils.

about the harvest: Harvested between 3rd February and 3rd March 2003.

in the cellar : The wine was tank-fermented to accentuate the fruit and flavours typical of these varieties. Bottled in June 2003 to capture the youthful character of the blend.
