in the vineyard : Eastern facing slopes situated at the foot of the Kasteelberg moderate growth, yields and supplementary irrigation ensure the concentration of fruit flavours.

about the harvest: The grapes were harvested in early February at 24.5º Balling.
Production: 10-12 tons per hectare.

in the cellar : Free run juice and a portion press juice was used, after settling acid adjustment and inoculation with selected yeast. 100% of the wine was fermented in 50% French and 50% American oak and left for 6 months on the lees until fined prior to bottling.
