Crystal light green tint. Elegantly tropical with a hint of grassy-green fig and underlying asparagus flavours. Initial passionfruit, gooseberry flavours on the pallet and thereafter a subtle vegetative finish.

in the vineyard : Vineyards are sitauted on south-and south easterly slopes which receives cool air and are therefore the first vineyards to ripen. Sub soil are saturated with laterites which has good water retention but inhibits vegetative growth. This insures optimum ripening without excessive vegetative growth.

about the harvest: Grapes were picked at optimum physiological ripeness and handled reductive through the whole process to optimize fruit retention.
