Bright, golden hued with somewhat refined nose that comes at you in waves of gooseberry fruit and floral fragrance pushed along by gentle vanilla. Develops in the mouth showing more gooseberry and lemon-zesty like flavours. Finely crafted with minerally intensity adding to the complexity of flavours. Fairly mouth-warming yet satisfying full and soft on the palate. Well balanced with amazing long, full finish. Good to drink now but will reward development in the bottle.
