in the cellar : The Shiraz and Merlot grapes were harvested and fermented together to integrate the flavours. The Ruby Cabernet and Pinotage were harvested and fermented separately whereafter the blending process took place.
Extended skin contact and delicate winemaking practices have resulted in a full-bodied wine with soft tannin structure.
