An easy-drinking and very versatile blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay, individually vinified, where grassy, racy flavours are balanced by a creamy texture and toastiness. The Sauvignon Blanc, which dominates the blend, was made reductively to preserve its fresh fruit character and contributes green pepper, fig and passion fruit flavours and a crispness and vitality. The Chardonnay, fermented and matured on the lees in 300-litre French oak barrels, brings to the wine traces of lemon and butter, complemented by vanillins.
A beautiful match with seafood, fish, chicken and veal casseroles and cream-based dishes.
