Brilliant deep ruby with glowing garnet hues. On the nose, rich chocolate mocha and ripe strawberries combined with hints of cherries. Leading to a taste of opulent layers of ripe plums, mulberries and soft mocha tones. Tannin structure is firm but supple with long ageing potential.
Drink with prime rib, grilled fillet, roast lamb, hot pot stews, osso bucco, and venison.
