in the vineyard : Award winning Semillon blocks of 8 year old vines with 2800 vines per hectare. Fourteen year old Sauvignon Blanc vines with 4000 vines per hectare. Both blocks are well-balanced between growth and yield.

in the cellar : Both cultivars vinified separately using highly reductive processes. Dry ice applied throughout de-stemming and pressing stages. Semillon pressed whole-bunch and Sauvignon Blanc whole-berry. Yeasts chosen for each cultivar.
