Nose: Almond blossom and honey aromas.
Palate: Melon and passion fruit flavours are filled out with an increased percentage of barrel fermented Chenin in this vintage.

in the cellar : Excellent fruit quality from selected vineyard sites. Combination of two yeasts, Vin 13 and Vin 7 to add complexity and more fruit flavours. Cold slow fermentation has preserved abundant flavours. After fermentation a 15% French barrel portion was blended in for added structure. Fined, filtered and bottled.
