Pale straw with green glints. Sweet tropical fruit, pears and citrus blossom on the nose. Broad tropical fruit, full palate showing fruit sweetness, hints of wooding and a crisp finish.

in the cellar : Excellent fruit quality from selected vineyard sites. Combination of two yeasts, Vin 13 and Vin 7 to add complexity and more fruit than previous years. Cold slow fermentation has preserved abundant flavours. After fermentation a 15% new barrel portion was blended in for added structure. Fined, filtered and bottled.
