A deep plum colour with a vibrant purple rim. On the nose you have dense plum jam aromas with whiffs of dried herbs, Karoo bush and vanilla pods. The palate is well-structured, ripe and chewy, showing liquorice and fennel flavours, backed wisth soft yet grainy tannins. A concentrated yet elegent wine, showing white pepper notes on the finish.
