about the harvest: Grapes were harvested at 23, 4 Â°Balling.

in the cellar : Fermented dry on the skins. Underwent malolactic fermentation. Three rackings were done, after which the wine was matured in 300 Litre French oak barrels for twelve months. Minimum filtration was done to protect the typical varietal character.
