Now rated by Platters as a leader in the new wave of Ros wines. Released from our 8 year old new-clone Cabernet vineyard. 100% pure Cabernet Sauvignon, the wine has the distinctive elegant european light red attractiveness and the nose shows strawberry and ripe red berry fruits. The fruit is forward on the palate with a complete follow through from the nose. The acidity and the fruit is well balanced leaving the palate refreshed and clean.
The dry Rosé is an excellent choice to accompany almost any dish. We enjoy it with chicken, fish, lighter meat dishes, pastas and salads.
