Released from our 9-year-old new-clone Cabernet vineyard. 100% pure Cabernet Sauvignon, the wine has the distinctive elegant European light red attractiveness and the nose shows strawberry and ripe red berry fruits. The fruit is forward on the palate with a complete follow through from the nose. The acidity and fruit is well balanced, leaving the palate refreshed and clean.
This dry Rose is excellent with fusion cuisine and sushi. It can also be enjoyed with almost any dish. We enjoy it with chicken, fish, lighter meat dishes, pastas and salads.
