in the vineyard : Vineyard: Bush vine, no irrigation.
Terrior: Deep soils from decomposed granite, clay rich, good drainage, granite still very prevalent in the composition.
Climate: Strategically selected sites which gets the warm sunny days and cooling effect of the Atlantic Ocean.

about the harvest: Crush and destalk, 14 days fermentation at 22-28°C.

in the cellar : After malolactic fermentation, wine is racked into barrels. A blend of 3rd and 4th fill barrels are used.
