A medium bodied wine displaying wild berries, spice and cloves on the nose. A creamy palate with flavours of raspberry, supported by a soft tannin structure.

in the vineyard : Terroir: Strategically selected sites which gets the warm sunny days and cooling effect of the Atlantic Ocean. Deep soils from decomposed granite, clay rich, good drainage.

about the harvest: Yield: 6-7 t/ha
Balling at Harvest: 23.5°B

in the cellar : Vinification: Crush and destalk, 14 days fermentation at 22-28°C.
Maturation: After malolactic fermentation, wine is racked into barrels for 14 months. A blend of 3rd and 4th fill barrels are used.
