Grown on a bed-rock of granite, the roots of these Shiraz vines sometimes penetrate as far down as 10 metres below the soil's surface. Starved of water and highly vigorous as a result, this Shiraz, aged in French oak, has gained extra complexity adding to its spicy appeal.
Suggested cuisine accompaniments: Pork fillets in truffle sauce, smoked lamb fillets, roasted red peppers & goats cheese tartlets.
