Paradyskloof Pinotage 2003

The Paradyskloof Pinotage 2003 is a chunkier improvement on the 2002, with an earthy, gamey, dark stone fruit flavours, carried by a broad and juicy mouth feel. The length is pleasant and soft. This style can be described as a cross-over from the traditional SA Pinotage to a more modern style.
Good attractive red hues. Predominantly red fruits of raspberries and cherries, well intergrated with some oak derived characters of cinnamon and cloves. The intensity of these aromas increases with time in the glass. Medium bodied in style, it has great texture and mouthfeel and a very long finish.

Best served with game, lamb, bobotie, braaied boerewors and fish, curry and young cheddar.
