The Paradyskloof Pinotage '08 shows bright fruit on the nose with a crisp minerality and a hint of white pepper. On the palate it shows fresh red berries with a hint of meatiness on the mid-palate. There is a lingering aftertaste of dark fruit and pepper.Medium bodied in style, it has great texture and mouth feel and a long finish.
