Nose: Smouldering flavours of ripe plum, blackberry and spice. Subtle oak presence.
Palate: Medium to full bodied. Ripe plum and berry flavours exploding on the palate, accompanied by oak spices and tobacco. Ripe tannins and fruit carry through to an elegant dry finish.

Ideal with red meat, steak with mushroom sauce, stew and mature cheese.
