Nose: Red fruits, banana and strawberry. Not much oak.
Palate: Medium to full bodied with rich, almost sweet fruit on mid palate. Just a touch of oak spices with an elegant dry finish.
Serve with more delicate marinated red meats, such as a rack of lamb with grilled potatoes.
