Colour: Very fresh and light in colour.
Nose: Delicate floral fruit, sherbert aromas with hints of tinned pears.
Palate: Good entry, soft yet fresh. No searing acid, good clean delicate fruit flavours and great balance. A lovely easy drinking style.

about the harvest: The grapes were picked in one batch due to good even ripening and a uniform flavour spectrum of ripe tropical fruit.
in the cellar : Fermented very cold (10 – 12°C) to retain all the flavours. 6% Semillon was blended to fill out the mid palate.
