Freshly chopped green peppers, guava and grapefruit on the nose. Sweet tropical fruit, broad grapefruit grip followed by a long citrus finish.

in the cellar : Two batches of Sauvignon Blanc picked, the first batch giving tropical flavours, the second batch giving more racy grassy citrus flavours. Fermented very cold (10 - 12°C) to retain all the flavours. 4% Semillon was blended in, prior to bottling to fill out the mid palate. Excellent match to seafood cuisine.
