Fresh light green hues. Green fig and gooseberries on the nose. Passion fruit with a well balanced palate followed by a long citrus finish.

about the harvest: The grapes were picked in two batches. The first giving more racy, grassy flavours with citrus and the second being riper providing a rich tropical quality.
in the cellar : Fermented very cold (10 – 12°C) to retain all the flavours. 10% Semillon was blended to fill out the mid palate.
