in the vineyard : Climate: Mediterranean - Wonderful cool breezes coming from the Atlantic Ocean. With an average rainfall of 1100mm per annum.
Soil: Cartef, Longlands and Hutton

about the harvest: Grapes were picked at 23Â° Balling.

in the cellar : Malolactic fermentation took place in the barrels. Wines were matured for 10 months, 70% new French 225 L & 30% 2nd fill barrels.
