Springfield Estate The Work of Time 2002

It was our yearning to create a Bordeaux Blend and so 10 years ago the dream came a step closer to reality when we planted the classic ingredients. Slowly these vineyards matured into steady reliable vines with concentrated fruit. Nine long years later they reach such an age that the quality warranted new barrels for maturation. After 18 months of barrel maturation and 18 months of bottle maturation our 10 year old dream came true. Our patience rewarded in this "Work of Time".
