A red wine reflecting the characteristic sweetish "duco" (fruity) nose and robust body of this varietal. The wine is rounded and harmonised by a period of maturation in large Limousin oak casks. The wine softens with bottle ageing, and reaches its peak between three and five years after the vintage. Serve with biltong, dried sausage or salami.
