in the vineyard : 100% Pinotage from trellised and bushvines, situated in the Muldersvlei bowl.
in the cellar : Fermentation took place in roto-tanks and upright fermenters with the aid of selected yeast strains. Pump overs was carried out 4 times daily. The wine was matured for 14 months in 71% French and 14% American oak barrels, 15% unwooded.
