Medium bodied wine blended to elegant perfection. Lovely red berry and plum flavours. All components were matured separately for 15 months in 2nd and 3rd fill French Oak barrels, before being blended. The wine has not been stabilized or filtered.
ageing : Ready for immediate consumption but will also mature well.
