A blend of 4 cultivars, matured in small French oak for a period of 8 and a half moths. 2nd and 3rd fill. A medium bodied wine for everyday enjoyment. Blackberry boiled sweet and ripe Cherrie overtones with a well-interwoven wood character. Ideal with Oxtail and Cape Bredie and Steak.
