The wine gives the first impression of being a serious red wine with a berry flavor well interwoven with wood character. On taste it is soft and very drinkable with loads of spicy berries, although it will only reach the peak of its maturation in two or three years. It has a sugary caramel nose with slight vanilla undertones.
